Refund Policy – Dadimaa Swad

At Dadimaa Swad, we take pride in offering fresh, traditional Indian snacks made with love and care. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict No Return / No Exchange policy once the order has been delivered.


1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund/replacement if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, expired, or defective.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The package was tampered with or missing items at the time of delivery.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • You change your mind after placing an order.

  • The product has been opened, consumed, or partially used.

  • Incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.


3. Refund Process

If your case is eligible:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at dadimaacare99@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product/package.

  2. Our support team will verify your claim.

  3. Once approved, we will either:

    • Send you a replacement product at no extra cost, OR

    • Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
