At Dadimaa Swad, we take pride in offering fresh, traditional Indian snacks made with love and care. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict No Return / No Exchange policy once the order has been delivered.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund/replacement if:

The product delivered is damaged, expired, or defective.

The wrong item was delivered.

The package was tampered with or missing items at the time of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

You change your mind after placing an order.

The product has been opened, consumed, or partially used.

Incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.
3. Refund Process
If your case is eligible:

Our support team will verify your claim.

Once approved, we will either:

Send you a replacement product at no extra cost, OR

Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
